Carole’s signature SoundScape Journeys
Immersive experiences where Yoga, sound and intention meet. Each practice blends stillness, vibration, and reflection- inviting you to restore balance, renew clarity, and reconnect with your deepest self.
Yintentional SoundScape: A unique class or wokshop that blends Yin Yoga with the healing vibrations of sound. Long-held poses create space in the body while crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks guide you into deep release. This practice restores balance to our nervous system, clears mental clutter, and leaves you grounded yet uplifted.
RestoreSoundScape: A sanctuary of stillness where Restorative Yoga meets the soothing resonance of sound. Supported poses invite the body into effortless rest while crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle vibrations wash over you. This deeply nurturing practice quiets the mind, restores energy, and guides you into a state of profound relaxation and renewal.
SankalpaSoundScape: A journey inward through intention and reflection. This experience blends Meditation, Mindfulness practices, gentle sound healing, guided reflection and/or journaling. The resonance of crystal bowls and chimes supports renewal while you explore your Sankelpa, a heartfelt intention, creating space for clarity, purpose, and inner alignment.
Sound Baths and Healing with Carole
Carole began her first structured teachings in Sound Healing during her four trips to India. From her first experiences with the singing bowls, Mantra, and sound, she knew it was a powerful yet subtle practice.
From this original exposure to the energetics of sound, she was moved to receive formal training in Integral Sound Healing from the Sound Healing Academy. The expanded studies in sound are to help deepen the ways she support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and emotional well-being. Carole is now certified in Level One Crystal Singing Bowls, Level One Multi-Instrument, and Level One Introduction to Sound Healing. She is set to complete her Level Two Sound Bath certification in November, after completing two immersions in both Santa Fe, New Mexico and Sarasota, Florida.
Many of Carole’s clients have expressed interest in sound-based practices, and she’s excited to begin weaving in the therapeutic benefits of sound; from singing bowls and tuning forks to and chimes to guided vibration-based meditations, into various sessions upon request.
Sound healing can be a gentle yet powerful complement to Yoga, Coaching, Somatics, Mindfulness, and other body-based practices.
