Coaching with Carole
Where leadership and well-being align.
Carole Westerman (she, her, hers) is a Leadership Coach, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and RESET Coach at Omaha Integrative Care. Her work integrates psychology, somatics, and contemplative practices to support meaningful, sustainable change in both individuals and organizations.
With a master’s degree in Psychology and a professional background spanning clinical care, nonprofit work, and leadership, Carole brings over two decades of experience in understanding human behavior, resilience, and transformation. Her early work as a therapist, crisis stabilization coordinator, and educator continues to inform a grounded, real world approach to growth and well being.
Carole’s work is rooted in the belief that insight alone is not enough. Lasting change requires working with the body, the nervous system, and the patterns that shape how we live and relate. Drawing from mindfulness, somatics, breathwork, and nervous system science, she helps clients develop self awareness, emotional regulation, and a more sustainable way of showing up in their work and lives.
She is trained through the Duke Health and Well Being Coaching program and Embody Lab’s MindBody Somatics Coaching, and holds certifications in PrinciplesYou, PrinciplesUs, and Quantum Human Design. She is currently completing certification in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC).
Carole has owned her own business and led retreats and trainings internationally. She is on faculty with the Omega Institute and teaches internationally and online through platforms including Yoga International and Glo.
Her work is known for being warm, grounded, and deeply integrative, creating space for people to move beyond insight into real, embodied transformation. She remains actively engaged in ongoing study and practice, continually evolving her work alongside emerging research in health, well being, and human development.
